Welcome to St. Luke Contributors!

Welcome!

What a crazy time we are in! It can be difficult to feel connected in our communities right now, and for many, there is the challenge for families to know what daily life looks like without all of the normal activities.

The staff at St. Luke Catholic Parish is doing all that they can to support and encourage parishioners, finding creative ways to help us stay   c o n n e c t e d.

One way will be through this blog! I sure don't have the time to write like I used to, but I am excited that this can be a place for us to connect with one another.

(Most likely, you've never been here before - welcome! This is a small corner of my world, where I like to get my thoughts, memories and photos down in one place. Lately, it's been somewhere where I can reflect about out our faith. I've also written under other blogs such as Real Mama Joy and Mamma Vintage.)

In the following weeks, different contributors from St. Luke's will be sharing here about a variety of topics, such as How to Pray the Rosary as a Family at Home, Catholic Cooking, Seasonal Crafts to Do with Kids, Family Prayer Time, Stations of the Cross at Home, Mercy Mondays/Works of Mercy, Tackling Chores, Enjoying God's Creation Together, and much, more more! We will try to post new ideas 2-3 times a week. If you would like to be notified via email when there is new content, you can subscribe by entering your email address in the righthand column.

So come, get inspired and connect with our St. Luke community! Leave comments, ask questions and share your ideas!

Also, I have added a new page to the blog for now, titled Grace Amid Coronavirus, which you can see above. It will be a place of encouragement, as well as a compilation of links to resources to help families during these times. Right now, our lists include Attending Virtual Mass at Home, Limiting Screen Time and Education at Home. You can find all of these lists here.
